We are dedicated to actively expanding opportunities for children to experience diverse cultures and values so they can succeed on the global stage. We promote international exchange through youth sports, including language study programs between Japan and the United States.
私たちは、子どもたちが将来世界で活躍できるよう、異なる文化や多様な価値観に触れる機会を積極的に広げていきたいと考えています。日本・アメリカ間の語学留学はもちろんの事、ユーススポーツを核とした活動を通じて、国際交流の促進に尽力しています。

International Sports Exchange

Established in 1975, the Beavers are one of Japan's most historic and accomplished youth volleyball clubs. Their top-level ability is demonstrated by their multiple appearances and numerous championship victories at National Tournaments. The club has produced numerous Japanese national team players, including the current National Team Setter, Mr. Sekita.
We launched this project "Clinic with Beavers:" in 2023 with the goal of providing children with opportunities to step outside Japan, allowing them to gain new experiences and perspectives from a young age.
The volleyball instruction, social interactions and cultural exchange gained in this program are memorabe for participants from both countries. Even children with foundational English skills can share understanding and communciate through volleyball.
We hope they will continue to learn from one another, respect each other, and make the most of these valuable experiences for their futures.
1975年に設立されたビーバーズは、日本で最も歴史があり、実績も豊富な小学生バレーボールクラブの一つです。
全国大会への多数回の出場と数多くの優勝実績が、そのトップレベルの実力を証明しています。現日本代表セッターの関田選手など、これまで数多くの日本代表選手を輩出してきました。
2023年より始まったビーバーズクリニックは、毎年多くの子供達に感動と学びを与えてくれる大切なプロジェクトです。日本とアメリカ、両国にとってバレーボールをしていることをきっかけに、このような国際交流の場をもてることは、子供達にとってとても貴重であり、自信にもつながります。
この交流を通じて学びを得るのは、日本の小学生だけではありません。細やかなバレーボールの技術や、
礼儀・リスペクトを大切にする姿勢は、多くのアメリカ人生徒にとっても貴重な経験となっています。
十分な英語力がまだ備わっていなくても、バレーボールを通して伝え合えることはたくさんあります。互いに学び合い、尊重し合いながら得た体験を、自分たちの未来に生かしてほしいと願っています。
